In general terms, the service was very good.
ACO wouldn't accept our automobile insurance and said we were expected to pay their daily extra rate which was an extra $25 or so per day. We don't have crappy insurance - it's through Farmers a well known, well respected company who provides coverage to us on rentals. This rule of only certain types of insurance would be accepted was NOT AT ALL CLEAR at the time of booking. This left us with no car on Thanksgiving Day. We were able to rent through another company, but they were more.
The staff was not courteous. The first car they brought smelled like smoke and they wanted us to sign that we would be held liable if it smelled like smoke. there were LOTS of dents and scratches on the car, almost too many to list and yet they acted as if we would be responsible if there were any extra. They tried to give us a car that was less than half full.
I paid extra $120 for insurance even though I have insurance but not the actual print out. this is very poor and insane.

overpriced. they charged me 200 dollars extra with the deposit. please work on your customer service skills.

Agents need to get off of their cell phones when waiting on a customer, otherwise, everything was pretty great!
All the service was great, not only for me, also for other customers who were cared while I was in the office
