I rented a car from ACO at Orlando International Airport (MCO) from 10/7/15 to 10/11/15. I purchased the LDW as well. I picked up the car at 9:44 AM on 10/7. On the agreement the return time was specified as 10:40 AM. When I returned it on 10/11, I entered the store at 10:40. By the time the employee (named Emilie Rodriguez) was done processing the return, the time was 10:44 AM, and she claimed this made it a “late return”. I was charged $33 more for that! And they were very rude!
My rental from you was NOT from ACO but FROM FOX.
I had to raise a query about the vehicle assigned and to insist that I receive what I had booked and paid for. The Company tried to give me a lower category vehicle.
The maintenance light remained on for the entire 9 day period of rental, I had the fear that it would have shut down anytime on the road, but thank God it did not.
I would NOT RENT from FOX again.
Would NOT RECOMMEND either.
Great experience! I made a last minute reservation but everything was handled well on their end. Speedy process on both ends- pick-up and return.
would of been great if drop off to airport was free of charge : ), but service was great and will rent from here again on my next visit. Love the prices!
I had a terrible experience with ACO Rental Car in Orlando, Florida. It was so terrible, that I refused to rent the car and called an Uber car to take me to another rental car company. First, we waited an hour (after calling twice) for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Then, when we got to the car rental counter they were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, Uber picked us up and got us to our hotel, where I was then able to arrange for Enterprise to bring a car to us.
ACO is very good. If you can decrease the deposit amount, then you will be great.
The staff was terribly rude. Eye rolling, and when we gave driver a tip she didn't even say thank just took the money and walked away. Never will I ever return here and I am for sure going to make sure others don't as well: Yelp, Facebook, twitter, etc, I will make sure others don't use ACO. Charged us $25 dollars to drop car off at 6 am and they would take us to airport, staff couldn't even get in the building so we had to squeeze 6 in a car of 5. Horrible, absolutely unprofessional!
We did not rent the car. When we arrived, the resulting rate was triple the booking rate. I would never trust this company again
Allow customers to present proof of insurance via digital insurance cards. I was told that my insurance card would need to be printed or else I would have to purchase your insurance. I saw a customer have his insurance card scanned while i waited, however, my digital card (which was on my cell phone) was not allowed.
