Upon returning the car in the same condition as received, there was a question on "The Key"? Supposedly it was, as they stated, not handed in that condition? It was supposedly missing a ring? I have no idea what the issue was but i handed the key back as it was handed to me. Will never rent from this "Mickey Mouse" company again. Now i know why they put $600. on hold. This way they use every excuse to charge u more.

Sat at the airport for over an hour waiting for the shuttle to come. called and they said they were sending one but never saw it. eventually jumped into Fox rental bus after waiting for so long.
the agent quoted a policy that was not in the email that I received with the terms and condition of renting. He ultimately honored the rental but it was a bit irritating to have to argue with him.
Only one person atteding and with onluy one person in line we wait more than one hour... slow, slow service.
The attitude of the employee is noy so good. For the return was the same, No one in line and we have to wait more tha 45 minutes because they have problems with the system and he have to call miami to close our case....I will never come back,
This rental car company advertises as at airport. In reality they are located far from airport. Also after returning my car to ACO, they took a long time to drop us back and we missed our flight. We had to spent several hours at airport and spent additional money of approx. $750 to purchase new tickets.
lines at the airport service desk were long, could have used other agents. received a dark colored car, white/light color would be better in Orlando heat.
We were told that we needed to buy insurance from ACO even though we had full coverage through our own insurance agency. In addition, we had a printed confirmation that stated we would have to agree to have $600 held against our credit card if we didn't purchase ACO's insurance. We agreed to this stipulation, but were then told that our written confirmation wasn't current policy and we would still need to purchase the insurance. We left the office, and went to Payless where we rented a car.
Despite their claim that their $10 a day gouging for the privilege of using one's own insurance is included in the on-line info at Kayak, I didn't see it nor did anyone I spoke with at the counter. I would have never rented from them had I been aware. The counter is located so far from the airport that it was greatly inconvenient to just walk away so we paid their extortion. I intend to tell everyone I know of this deception and will never use them again!
