When I did the reservation, you never noticed me that I could have extra charges because of insurances... It doubled my account
The fee for not purchasing your LDW is in my opinion wrong. I travel frequently and have never encountered a fee for this before and it frankly is something that should be included in the rate. Everything else met my expectations but I feel that this fee is a rip off and it alone will make me never rent from you again. You obviously receive quite a bit of resistance about it considering you had to put a sign on the counter about it so maybe you should reconsider this business practice.

REALLY GOOD
I did not rent the car that I had reserved. First, an additional $25 charge because it was after 10 PM. Then, when I arrived at the rental office, I saw the sign stating that $10/day will be added if I did not use your rental insurance. Although, these points may be listed in fineprint somewhere, these should be made known upfront. The online booking should ask if you will be using your own insurance or if you will arrive after 10 PM. It was a poor and inconvenient. I had to take cab to hotel.
hidden fees: $10.00 per day for not using the insurance; $10.00 to go back to the airport terminal; car fuel not full that makes it very difficult not to bring it full;
Very inconvenient, no key drop-off. I had my grandfather's funeral to attend and had to stay an additional day. My planned drop-off was at 1p, Monday, an additional day would be fine but had to drop it off during business hours (6a-9p), and my flight was at 6:15a, Tuesday. I agreed to for the later drop off (9p) Monday, which still cost an additional day . Since I was dealing with my loss, I wasn't able to drop off at 9p and just brought the car back at 5a Tuesday Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
