The car that was promised in my booking is not the car I received.
I was not able to rent from you since I wanted to use my own insurance and I was advised on the spot that there was a $10.00/day for it to happen. I would like to say that the person who took care of me was very courteous and polite. He even offered me a ride back to the airport. Based on the customer service I received I wold definitely rent from you again. Unfortunately, since I shop for rates as well as customer service, I was not able to rent from you. Maybe in the future.
The rental of this vehicle was horrible. We waited in the parking lot for half an hour and was never picked up by the shuttle to bring us to our rental car. Once we called ACO they informed us that the shuttle wasn't working and we'd need to take a taxi to get there and they would only reimburse us for it if we agreed to a new rate and contract. Of course this rate was much higher. Finally when asked why they didn't inform us about the broken shuttle they said we should have called. HORRIBLE.

We didn't end up renting from them because when we got to the actual office they laid fees onto our total which was never mentioned in the reservation, and for ridiculous things. The staff was nice and the shuttle was great but it was clear why there was no one in their office. We left unsatisfied and had to quickly book from another agency.
Much preferred this agency in that I did not have to provide any credit card info to reserve or pay a deposit.
Would like to see company do more regarding environmental commitment and sustainability practices to use recycled paper with ONLY post consumer waste content for all paper needs and reduce use of plastic as much as possible.
Another primary issue was getting as low a price on rental as possible

I've rented cars for years and have never had such an awful experience! $600 deposit on a credit card that cannot be a debit card is ridiculous! Also, they trick you with the rate. I have never paid even a dollar more than the quoted price. At this place, if you decline their insurance, your rate doubles! My reservation was supposed to be $35, but I paid $71! Worst customer service ever! I'm surprised Kayak advertises them. I would highly recommend renting elsewhere.
