I will never rent a car from this company again and I will discourage anyone I know from doing the same.
El costo del arriendo fue casi el doble de la cotización inicial.
Realizan un cobro por rechazar el seguro de ellos, al utilizar el seguro de la tarjeta VISA.

Great price - really nice car.
I used Kayak to choose ACO. When comparing rentals, insurance is not contemplated and since I was using my own insurance, the 10USD daily wasn't taken into account. I find that fee after making the reservation and that's confusing. I think that fee should be included, and ACO will be clearer and still very competitive in terms of price.
This was a complete failure! Our flight was delayed and I sent an email to make sure my reservation was not canceled. Apparently no one reviewed your emails and it was canceled.
Your company would not take my insurance and even if it would, I was going to have to pay an extra $100 as an opt out cost. My rental was supposed to be $125, but my quote - as I called from the airport - was to be around $240!!
What a ripoff - and a total loss of transportation for my trip (week long)!!! Terrible
Hidden ridiculous fees!
the drop of to the airport could be better if you would take us direct to the airline and no in the place we where pick up,,,
I reserved a car on ACO website. On the website i declined the use to their insurance. I was given a total of my rental without insurance. When I arrived I was then told because i declined the insurance i would be charged a fee of $10 per day extra. when reserving this car the total stated "taxes and fees" I think this practice of putting MORE fees in the fine print is deplorable! I would never rent from this company and any of its affiliates EVER again.
The employees helped me out and they were courteous.
Pickup from the airport took too long. After waiting 15 minutes, I called and it was another 15 minutes before I was picked up. Check out took too long. I was waiting for 10 minutes once I got to the counter and there was no line. This was a routine pickup. It shouldn't have taken more than 2 minutes. Swipe the card and DONE. Information was already on the reservation.
Otherwise, car was great. Rate was super cheap. I would use them again.
