We didn't end up renting from this company because of a couple reasons; First, we were never informed of the insurance fee, whether it was including the insurance or not, and who travels with a copy of their own auto insurance?! Second, you wanted to place a hold of $600. I have rented cars from a lot of places, and that has NEVER been an issue. The price for the actual car might have been reasonable, but all the other fees tacked on, ridiculous. We ended up cancelling and going elsewhere.
Because I didn't want or need the collision insurance, they FORCED me to pay an extra $10.00 a day fee.....outrageous!!! That is dishonest and not disclosed when I booked through CarRentalExpress. I will never use them again
Car interior could have been cleaner and the air tire light was on so it must not have been checked
Your refusal to cooperate with my insurance company is unacceptable. I use a top name insurance company and to be refused with a slate answer of "we don't work with your company" over and over again like a broken prerecorded message.
If we were to had an accident or any other form of issue, the only thing ACO would have to do to work with My insurance company would have to do is cash the check. I will not refer or use again your company again
Everything was great with the price, service and product. The only small dissapointment I had was when I was told there was a fee of 10$ per day because I was not taking the inssurance. The decision to not take the assurance that was offered was because I was already covered with my credit card and I did not need it. That fee alone actualy costed more then the rental itself. I dont remember reading about that fee when I made the reservation. Unfortunate!!!
They tack on a fee if you decline their insurance and this really should impact their rates because it changes it quite a lot and is a way for them to advertise less and trick people into thinking you get a better value. I think this is deceptive at best since it is not called out before you reserve with them. I would probably go with another rental place if I had known this since it changed the rate significantly. This extra cost basically doubled the cost of the rental.
I found the $10/day (damage recovery fee) for using my personal insurance to be deceitful. This is the first time I have ever been charged for not using a product or service. I will be posting this same review on Yelp unless the recovery fee is refunded to my credit card. Furthermore, the vehicle I rented was only filled with half a tank of fuel.

It had a great experience with this company. I would definitely rent from this company again & I would HIGHLY recommend it to my friends & family. AWSOME job ACO!!!!
