Terrible experience. Paid extra $50 for an after hours pick up at YYZ. Was expected in at 10:00 PM but our flight was delayed. I called before my flight took off to inform them that my new arrival time would be around 12:00AM. I was told “No problem”. We finally arrived at 12:38 AM and I called them immediately. They had sent the driver home and I was stuck at the airport with my two children and had to take a $50 Uber ride to my condo. Cancelled my reservation. They suck!!

Had to wait for pickup at airport as the rental place was not onsite. Didn't wait long but still ate into our time which was very limited. Car was older model but in decent condition and easy to drive.

Getting to and from agency a problem. Came in from out of country, told to go to Post 6 and they parked at post 12. Get a magnetic sticker for pick ups. Went to agency in the morning on way to airport with limited time, sign on door closed and be back in 15 minutes. Long story short, I would pay more and use another car rental service unless you have lots and lots of time both coming and going.

Your car renting software should not allow reserve a car less than 48 hours before so that the rental agent can confirm the availability of the car in time. I got confirmation of my reservation and I went to the rental agent but on the way I got message of not availability of the car before one hour of my car receiving time. Think about it very seriously if you want promote your business. Good Luck!!!
