The only complaint was the DVD player did not work properly throughout the 16hr drive. Lots of skipping and the audio was all muffled. I had to pull out my laptop for the kids to watch movies, so we had to manage when the laptop battery died after 2 movies. Otherwise, I was pleased with the vehicle and service.
