Good car and easy pickup and drop off.
My general experience was great. I was a little confused with the instructions given to return the car on a weekend. It said to text the parking spot to a phone number and someone would be along to take me to the airport. So I was expecting a vehicle like the one that picked me up when I first obtained the car. Instead the regular The Parking Spot shuttle driver stopped at my spot and said that your company uses them to shuttle people to the airport and to not expect another vehicle pickup.
They are great from picking you up from the airport and having your car ready for you.
Picking up and returning the car is very convenient and fast, and the instructions given are also very easy. Most importantly, they did not charge extra for young drivers under 25. It's just a pity that the mileage is not unlimited, and the mileage exceeded is not cheap, it's 25 cents a mile.
