Only negative was having to pick up at Parking spot. That was because of after hours. I was very happy to support your family business and very happy with the car choice.
Everyone was so nice and the process was so easy.
The overall experience was good. I just wish the rental company had longer open hours. It was stressful flying and hoping that everything would be ready knowing the service was not open to help if there was an issue.
