Even with having an off site rental, our wait time was less than 10 minutes for being picked up and dropped off. Expectations in the rental agreement were very clear. No high sales pitch to select more options when renting. Quoted price ( which was $200 to $300 less than their competitors) was what we paid. Staff were very friendly and professional.

The car rental price was good and car was clean.
I didn't even get this rental. They canceled on me the day of pickup. I didn't know I couldn't take there rentals out of state. Which is fine but they could have let me know a lot sooner than the day of pickup. Very unprofessional
Lowest price by far of any rental agency. Off airport site, but they picked us up promptly when we called. The staff could not have been friendlier. And it was this sincere kind of friendliness, not fake or surface. We got a vehicle upgrade free of charge which was great. Car was clean, new. They took us back to the airport in the rental, which meant less loading/unloading. Would go back. Definitely recommend.

Quick, friendly, no hidden fees, well maintain cars, we will rent again when at SLC area.
It was great
Everything went extremely well. The only issue was when dropping the car off on a Saturday. The location we rented from was closed and no one told us to return the vehicle to the airport economy lot. We figured it out but it was a little stressful. The email confirmation directions were different then what it said on the phone.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Vehicle was as expected. Price was favorable relative to similar alternatives
