Great deal compared to other car rental agencies. Off airport site but very prompt shuttle from and to the airport from a nearby location.
Everyone with whom I came in contact for my car rental was courteous and professional. A special recognition for the woman at the counter, Jessie(sp?), who was a particularly outstanding representative for Affordable. She would be a valuable employee for any company. I would hire her.

The car was in the spot indicated and the shuttle picked us up shortly after arriving at the curb. The gas tank was slightly below full. The check engine light came on the 2nd day of our rental. When I was unable to correct the situation, I called in and based on my conversation, the same problem had manifest itself in this car previously. I was promptly instructed to turn the car in and pick up a different one. This was handled seamlessly, but it was inconvenient for me.
The nicest, most considerate staff I have ever encountered at a rental car agency. I would definitely rent from them again.
Great service
It was a great deal compared to what was out there at the time. It was about half the price of the competitors when I booked the vehicle. Even without the unlimited mileage, it would've been a better deal paying for mileage if I went over. However, for the 8 days of rental I had 1600 miles to use along the Wasatch front and i barely went over 1000 miles. The car was very clean and nice. Everything worked great. Dropped the vehicle off and was given transport to the airport promptly.
Overall good experience!
