Everyone involved was friendly and helpful, and the car was clean and perfect.
The after-hours pick-up option at SLC was awesome. I don't think that the higher-priced rental car companies even have that. Communication was right on time and very clear. Dropping off the car is super convenient as well. They offered to take us to the airport in our rental, but used the shuttle van because we didn't have enough seats. Van was clean as-described. This was a surprisingly great experience for a discount agency.

Very fast pickup and return to airport, actually faster than using the at airport rentals and much cheaper. The vehicle was exactly what was reserved!
Good value. I was concerned about the after hours shuttle/Parking Spot service but it was a piece of cake. It probably only added 15-20mins as opposed to pickup in the airport.
