The work of the agency and staff was the best I have received by a car rental company. They went above and beyond the regular service. The car was a great value, and was above the level selected. They were patient with my questions, and needs. I would highly recommend this agency.
The people who work there are great but the car had a major safety issue. luckily we were ok tho.
First time renting a car and it was a great experience!
We had an amazing experience on my first visit to Salt Lake City! Smooth quick pickup at the airport, driver was friendly. Signed paperwork and everything was clearly stated. Returned car smoothly at after hours drop and had a shuttle within 3 mins to take us to the airport. Would recommend this company to all my friends/family and will definitely use them again (will be back with my family of 4 in October)

My only negative was that the car I rented did not have cruise control and that made my trip slightly more difficult. Other than that I have nothing but good feelings about the company and my experience in renting from them
