Great customer service, very conscientious and actually reached out to me to handle my arrival, which happened after their closing hours (5pm). Seamless pickup and easy dropoff. Was even dropped off at airport in rental, not shuttle. Only issue was that the car itself had passenger window problems in that it would not go back up for half a day, but then remedied itself. Overall, though, this is a wonderful company at a rock bottom price!
All as advertised, car was clean and in good shape. Shuttle was efficient and prompt and easy to communicate via text during trip when necessary.
Easy to work with. Better price than the major chains. Easy pick up and drop off.

Affordable rent a car in Salt lk city is by far the most crooked, deceitful company on planet Earth. My experience with them WAS DISGUSTING, it was horrendous, a total scam on their part, In simple terms...I rented a vehicle 2months in advance on their online site not 3rd party, had a contract and provided full payment. About 2 weeks after booking I received an email saying that my rental was canceled I called and told by manager they rented it too cheap and wanted $2000 more then I paid !!!!!
My quote didn't include all of the tourism tax and various taxes. But I figured it would be more then what I was quoted.
