My flight was running a few hours late and the car that was reserved for me was given to another customer, I felt pressured to arrive earlier even though it was all during M-F business hours.
I had always planned to return the car after hours, but written instructions including an address of the third party shuttle service was not provided, only verbal instructions on driving by the location.

This was the most painless car renting experience we have ever had! After retrieving our luggage we were picked up from the airport and taken to our car where all of the paperwork was already filled out. All we had to do was inspect the car, sign, and we were off. And to think that Affordable Rental Car also offered us the lowest price- we feel like we hit the jack pot! Thank you so much for such a great and easy experience!
