Everything was great. The one and only inconvenience was a longer than average initial pick up time. Car was clean, drove well, and as advertised. Staff was courteous and helpful. Drop off was easy.
Super friendly and helpful, even picked me up when I ended up at another rental location because I got confused! Owner dropped me personally at airport after return.
We picked up on a Sunday and it wasn't clear that Park-N-Jet was the place to call to get the shuttle. Once we figured that out everything went fine~

The minivan was really nice. However, if we had had more snow that week, I do not think its tires were sufficient for a family going skiing up in the mountains. I would make sure you have snow worthy tires during ski season.
