Because we flew out on a Sunday we had to drop the car at Park N Jet. which turned out to be an excellent option. The Chevron gas station was close and we filled up there before we dropped the car and the service from the lot to the airport was great. I was somewhat skeptical about remote drop off but it turned out to be easier than dropping the car at the airport.

Car was a few years old, to be expected for the price. The issue is the car had worn tires which was inadequate for a snowy Utah January. The car also had some brake pulsation issues. Maintenance of the vehicle was sub-par.

I only rated the vehicle good because I had to return the first vehicle o exchange for an AWD option. The process of exchanging vehicles was very easy and the staff was concerned with my satisfaction. I would definitely rent here again. I did read some poor reviews but most seemed to be picky renters. I needed affordable & reliable transportation and that's what I got.
Tires were a little worn for snow conditions. Great price and service! I'll rent from here again!
I was able to book a Suburban online using your website and shortly after receiving an e-mail confirmation I received a call from one of your representatives stating the vehicle was in fact unavailable and I should not have been able to request this vehicle type online. To complicate matters, upon receiving the initial e-mail confirming my vehicle rental, I cancelled another reservation. Your staff was able to to work behind the scenes & honor the vehicle rental. Kudos to your company and staf
