Abraham was super helpful and gave great service. The minivan we rented was very nice and perfect for my large family. Abraham was there at the airport when we arrived and when we dropped the car off. Very convenient VIP service. It was a little more money than we usually like to spend on a rental car but for being a busy holiday week during high tourism season, we were glad to have it.
Very convenient pickup and drop off. Extremely helpful and responsive when we had a flat tire - quick response with a local service to change the tire. Then helpful on where to take the vehicle for the repair. I highly recommend Black Tie Car Rental.
Excelente servicio, llegamos y nos estaban esoerando con el carro y para dejarlo tambien estaban alli esperando. La atencion es excelente! Son muy amables, hasta mensaje de fin de ano nos enviaron. No tuvimos ningun problema. El carro en perfectas condiciones. Cuando vuelva a Puerto Rico los usare nuevamente! Mil gracias por su excelente servicio!!!!
Our vehicle was dropped off at baggage claim for us, and picked up at departures. They were there and waiting for us. The vehicle was great, but this alone was worth paying a premium. The last thing you want to do when you land is go find your car. Was great. Thank you Black Tie!
The agent Abraham in San Juan was the best we communicated from Chicago to San Juan did the transaction and he was on point very happy with his services and customer service. Will highly recommend and use this service in the future . Very satisfied .
A+++ Communication was on Point. Got off the plane got my bags and Waited only a few minutes. Dropped off right at the departures and equally quick checkout. Would definitly recommend and will use again if we go to Puerto Rico.
