Abraham's service from Black Tie Car Rental was very professional and made us feel very welcome.
Black Tie is ‘door to door’ car rental service. I was greeted at my arrival gate with my vehicle exactly as stated. Abraham was friendly and helpful. We were given tips on where to park, etc. Everyone is my party was really impressed with the service and vehicle. Highly recommended!

Never received this type of exceptional service from any car rental company before. Abraham who came to airport to drop off the car and pickup the car was so courteous and helpful that I could not believe. Most trustworthy, reliable and helpful care rental company. I would give them 7 stars.
Rental staff showed up on time at airport. He was great person and explained everything about rental car and also explain about tour in PR. He is great advice about parking and safety area. I will rental car from them again in future.

We loved the Chrysler we rented. It was super comfortable for the 7 of us and had plenty of space for our suit cases and the service was even better. We saved the information for the next time we visit. Thank you for making our experience in Puerto Rico great from start to finish.
