Our vehicle was dropped off at baggage claim for us, and picked up at departures. They were there and waiting for us. The vehicle was great, but this alone was worth paying a premium. The last thing you want to do when you land is go find your car. Was great. Thank you Black Tie!
The agent Abraham in San Juan was the best we communicated from Chicago to San Juan did the transaction and he was on point very happy with his services and customer service. Will highly recommend and use this service in the future . Very satisfied .
A+++ Communication was on Point. Got off the plane got my bags and Waited only a few minutes. Dropped off right at the departures and equally quick checkout. Would definitly recommend and will use again if we go to Puerto Rico.
