I had my pickup scheduled for 1 am and the staff did a really good job with attending me even when it was near closing time. They ensured the pickup was smooth and took all necessary steps to ensure I was taken care of, would really recommend this rental company.
Reservations online allow rental period to begin any time during a 24 hour day, the kiosk for picking up the rental is only open during a portion of that time. That was not clear online. An email requesting documentation to expedite rental was received and submitted, but wasn't used and had to resubmit. I arrived early, but had to wait for the business to open. None of the employees showed up to work on time. Rental car received had undocumented damage that delayed departure further.
Everything was as expected. Great service, reliable vehicle.
First car was dirty, attendant in garage noticed it and gave me another vehicle
I rented a car online and received email next day saying we dont have a car for you, but you can rent another one for more dollars. Those cheap tricks to make extra money take advantage of the client. Will sure report to better bussiness.
Had reservation that was not honored. Tried to discuss issue with them, they never responded and voicemail box was full. Don’t use!!!
A bit shaky at first renting from another source that I am accustomed to renting my from. I was a bit concerned when I called to inform 4x4 rentals that our flight had been delayed and I would be coming in an hr late. Was told that they would be closed and that there may not be any cars available as other renters are not dropping off their vehicles as promised. Put me on edge as no rental car. When we arrived, I was surprised that they were still opened and a car available. TJ was great.
I recieved both an email and text 12 hours before I was supposed to pick up the vehical that all was good and that they would see me the next day. Later that day I get a call from them stating they have no vehicals to rent, so sorry. After the call I looked out on the web and found that they were still advertising vehicals available
It's not your fault the vehicle I wanted were all reserved - everyone was sold out. But thank you for having something at a good rate!
