This was the second time I used this rental car company. I have been very pleasantly surprised and have already recommended them to others. Car was clean, staff very acommodating. Great to work with folks like that.

He could not find my rental confirmation in the system even though I had the printed confirmation with me. So he had to set up a whole new rental for me. Because of this I had to walk all the way down to the bottom of the parking lot to retrieve my vehicle in the driving wind and hard rain. Once I found the vehicle, it was parked so close to the adjacent vehicles that I could not access the vehicle through either doors and had to crawl through the back hatch and over all of the seats. IRRITATING

All went well as usual
Everything was acceptable. I only wish I had known that you would have picked us up at the cruise terminal. We had the cruise terminal bus driver drop us off near the rental location. Not ideal.
