All went well as usual
Everything was acceptable. I only wish I had known that you would have picked us up at the cruise terminal. We had the cruise terminal bus driver drop us off near the rental location. Not ideal.
We had a great experience renting our car at Alaska Car Rental. They were very accommodating and nice!! We will rent from them again! Thank you!
Staff was very helpful and friendly
The staff was wonderful and helpful, however the windshield was so smeared/smudged that it was extremely difficult to see out of. It actually made it dangerous to drive. I attempted to use the defog feature, but what it needed was to be cleaned.
Everything was great!
Dropped off to the airport in the rental vehicle not the shuttle. Staff stayed inside the vehicle and didn't exit the vehicle or even offer to help with luggage. The car itself was in awful shape and difficult to manage was a turn dial. Would never rent from again.
Everyone was very courteous both when I called for information and when picking up the vehicle. Either I was not told where to drop off the vehicle or I did not understand where to park it, and not seeing any signs indicating where to park it, I drove to the door near the rental desk. The person at the desk told me where I was supposed to park it, which was a fair distance away. We were running a little late, so she agreed to park the car for us. The car performed well; I am very satisfied.
The car needed servicing-had notice on dash and wrench icons lit up on dash which made me a little nervous. There was also something wrong with the gas cap so I could not open it.
