Fast, friendly service at pixmap, clean and very comfortable AWD vehicle which was perfect for the weather. Very good experience, will rent every time I am in Ketchikan.
Staff was fast and attentive, and the car was ready when I needed it.

Always a good experience! We got bumped to an earlier flight, and I forgot to let them know….she brought our van to us right outside of the airport saying it would have been there waiting had she known! I’ve never had another car rental agency do that, thank you!
