Better than other agencies. Much easier and accomidating. Customer service was a little dry. Not rude, but not super friendly. Other than that, everything was good. Ak Car rental is a great choice. No disappointment here. I will definitly rent from them again. And I will recommend them to others.

Due to changes, I cancelled my reservation for now but I plan on re-reserving with this company. They were all helpful and positive.
