very easy process
Ended up with a low tire light...Alaska Car Rental was awesome in fixing and getting me back on the road!
Fast and Easy, personable staff!
Excellent service. The first vehicle I was provided had two torn seat belts that were inoperable. I advised them and they had a new vehicle for me very quickly. I was so very pleased. They were so nice and apologized for my inconvenience. I was impressed by the service they provided me. Everything went so smoothly.
Alaska Car Rental team were great on the phone and in person. In addition to great customer service, they provided extremely helpful tips for our day in Ketchikan! Thank you for a very positive experience.
The other staff member was very personable and gave great suggestions on what to do in the town. It was very appreciated. It would have been nice if the person checking me out would have given the advice.
The car was clean and operated well, the prices were good, and the process was quick and easy. Will definitely be returning if/when I travel here again.
