Not a single interaction I have had with the staff was even remotely pleasant. As a paying customer you expect to be treated with a certain level of courtesy, even the most minimal level… that has yet to be seen. If other rental companies were available to me I would never walk into that office and be greeted with a scowl for as long as I could help it.
