When I got into the car, the car's gas tank was not full. Even though I was told it would be full. There was only about 3/4 tank of gas in there. I told the worker when I returned the car and she just commented something but didn't reimburse for the extra gas I put in, since I returned the car with a full tank.

The vehicle had a broken inside door handle in the rear passenger seat, requiring the door to be opened from the outside. A bit inconvenient. Price was considerately higher than the last time I rented for a day. Lack of competition----

All the Alaska spots were taken in the upper lot. It wasn't clear where to park; I eventually talked to another customer who was having the same problem and he told me to park in the lower lot.
