The vehicle was older , the front passenger window didn’t open, we sat low to watch he ground.

The young lady who was working the counter when I rented was fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in every way.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was beat up, rattled and had two lights on warning the tires were low.
I didn't receive any instructions about the complimentary shuttle, never got an email reply about it, and I never saw them at port. I called the office and voicemail said closed at 4 even though email said 5 on a Friday. Terrible communication.
