Great company. Can't think of a better company to rent from. Efficient and friendly.
Even though my reservation was not on their system, they took care of me. I had the reservation and confirmation number.
The computer didn’t put through my reservation. I was lucky they had a car, which had Just come in so it wasn’t cleaned. I showed them my reservation & it was honored even tho they didn’t have it.
They were very nice.
NOTICED THE LOW AIR PRESSURE LIGHT FOR TIRES THURS NIGHT-WAS OK FRIDAY-DIDN'T USE CAR ON SATURDAY, BUT NOTICED REALLY FLAT TIRE ON SUNDAY. CALLED UP-THEY SAID COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. HAD TO DRIVE UNSAFE CAR TO GET GAS AND THEN TO AIRPORT. IT WAS VERY HARD TO STEER.
I had no issues. The car was clean & engine was zippy.
My only complaint was that the car smelled like someone had just smoked in it. I believe the staff said she had just cleaned it. and she smelled of cigarettes when she came inside to help me. Otherwise I am always satisfied with my rental here.

This was a very easy rental in that they didn't try and sell you on all the extras like insurance, pre-pay for a tank of gas. I just showed up, answered a few questions and signed the paperwork and I was off on my vacation. I wish more rental car companies would do this.
I rent from here every time I come to Ketchikan, very convenient and you can buy ferry passes when you rent your car.
Car worked out just fine for our needs. Did smell a bit like cig smoke but not overwhelming.
