Picked up from and dropped back at cruise ship dock in Ketchikan.
Staff was very courteous and friendly. They were happy to pick up and drop off. They never acted like it was an inconvenience or that we were an inconvenience. Newer car. Was clean. Worked great. Would recommend, and would rent from them again.

Suggestions: offer "Local" rates, so those that support company throughout winter aren't paying high "tourist"
rates as soon as summer hits.
Suggestion: Offer POW rates during summer? One day charge for pick up 11 AM, drop off at 2:30 PM next day (instead of hourly charge for those waiting for the ferry).

I'm still waiting on a refund for being over charged. It's been a month and nothing. I called to see what's up and the desk clerk took a message for manager (clerk didn't have refund authority but confirmed the system reflected a refund due to me still). Manager was suppose to call me by Jan 2nd but I still haven't heard back and it's Jan 5th now. Manager needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Now I have to ask for my refund for a 3rd time now. 👎🏽 That's pretty annoying.
