I needed to extend my time with the vehicle and they were understanding and took care of it quickly.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. It is a major plus to be able to be picked-up for the car rental and being able to leave it at the IFA Ferry terminal. I will definitely be keeping my Ketchikan car rental business the Alaska Car Rental.

Would have been nice to have the car with remote lock/unlock doors. Was happy there was an ice scraper in the car.
Excellent service, very friendly
The customer service rep when I picked up my car on 10/31 was excellent. Upon return I did have to wait a little bit as the customer service rep was outside on break. In total I waited less than 10 min...not a huge deal.
