Excellent advice on what to see in the area and we were dropped of at the cruise ship when we were finished. Very nice.
The vehicle was nice and the service was excellent. The team was busy and one of the computers was down causing a bit of a wait.

I did not receive the car requested. Plus, the check engine light/TPMS sensors kept going off like crazy, and the staff did not give accurate check in instructions, but a store owner advised me and I called, and THEN the car agency confirmed what the store owner had told me~~!!!
Ridiculously overpriced. I do understand its an island, and they need money, but their service could have at least been so top notch the price was so glarinlgy overdone.
The reservation was for a full size car, which was not available when we arrived. The manager had already gone home, so we had to return the compact car the following day. we then got the full size car we reserved, and did not pay for the gas to return the compact. This was not the fault of the Ketchikan folks; the print out received from their corporate office made the error. I had a print out of my original reservation, clearly showing a full size car.
