Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the experience of renting from Alaska Car Rental, Ketchikan.
There was a a misunderstanding about pick up. We never heard from Alaska Car Rental about pick-up arrangements and since they asked how we were coming in, we assumed they would be at the pier. Once we called they were there very promptly. We should have checked before hand on what we were to do. If we had done that, there would have been no issue whatsoever.
Flight times were changed after I booked car, so I called and they fixed me right up !!!
Great service! Picked us up before opening time and was friendly and courteous throughout the experience. The only thing I would have wanted was a USB port in the car.
