I had a last minute change & needed an additional day; my requested vehicle wasn't available for the additional day--more a planning problem on my end. Vehicle wasn't very clean on the interior--splatter on the passenger side ceiling, spill stain on one of the seats. The staff member was very good communicating my need for ferry tickets to/from the terminal, and the fuel refill requirement.
This car rental was a pleasant experience. all went well.

The car was in great condition and the service I received when picking up and dropping off the car was good.
