All ok and the car was clean.
I would like to see a more automated expecience so that the wait time during vehicle pick-up could be quicker.
Drivers seat would not adjust
When I needed the car an extra day it was no problem, the agent fixed it immediately.

The gal at the desk was friendly and helpful but slightly overwhelmed with phone calls and check ins. Perhaps more staff on heavy rental days. Other that that the service was amazing!
Greatt company and the people were outstanding
I was rented the vehicle at a higher rate than the rate that I had reservations for online. When I noticed the error shortly thereafter and called, they were not able to find my reservation number in the system. I would think that the rate the vehicle is reserved at would automatically go into the reservation to avoid this error which does not build confidence or trust.
Everything worked as expected.
The previous renter did not fill the gas tank. I took a picture of the gauge needle (well below full) when I got in the car and when I returned the vehicle (full) I told the agent about this and showed her the picture and all she said was "oh."
