The car was great but had a little damage that the rental agency identified right away as not from me. they were very courteous and helpful and being able to drop off at KTN was a complete bonus. Thanks!!
No problems except car needs brakes checked and oil change as oil light keeps coming on.
Diana (manager) did not come to the correct house to pick me up....then had a bad/grumpy attitude when asked why. Back at the townside lot...my car was waiting...with all four windows rolled all the way down. I found this odd...until I got in the car and realized there was fish guts and a horrible smell inside. Obviously. she tried to "air it out". I never got to check the car for damage. Lastly, I never was thanked or offered any advice/maps or anything....other than silence and a frown.
Appreciated the ease of getting the car, paying for the ferry at the counter, including the return trip and the promptness of the staff in handling the paperwork. A great experience overall - thanks!
The car I received was very clean and ran very well. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
It was a new car, only 1300 miles.
