Car had lot of miles and wear and tear on it for a rental car.

We were on a cruise and wanted to rented a car (highly advised). They picked me up when I called and the guy who picked me and dropped me off was friendly. We later experienced a tire puncture and they sent someone out to see if we were ok. I was thoroughly impressed with how they handled it (they did not charge me for it as I was on a paved surface when it occurred). I would definitely rent again from them when I visit Ketchikan (which I will definitely do again). Great staff!
I rented a Chrysler 200 and wouldn't choose that car again. It was new and very nice, but the window design causes poor visibility. Based on that, I don't believe that the particular model is good for rental use. Just my opinion though!
Hava always had a good experience with Alaska Car Rental
I notice the brakes sometimes would squeak. Also needed to put air in the front right tire. The alert light in the car told me to put air in it.
Good service with a great attitude.
Pickup of the keys was great but I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to be available when I was returning the car. There was no sign out and no comment at all from the agent when he returned to the counter.
All was excellent!!
