There was only 1 glitch. We’d requested a toddler car seat which was not in the car. I returned to ask about that, the attendant looked around, and handed me a car seat to carry to the car. My daughter and I struggled to install it for over 45 minutes, missing 3 ferries across to Ketchikan, starting our visit off on the wrong foot. When mentioning it to the gentleman while returning the car, there was no indication of an apology or intention to improve that process in the future for others.
Quick and easy to deal with. I was able to add 2 days to my rental which was simple. Very friendly and eager to help.
The car drove well; however the "time for an oil change" message was on from the first time I started the car. Later in the week a light appeared on the dashboard indicating the need for the oil change. We actually stopped by the car rental agency part way through the week to be sure that we should keep driving the car.
Staff was exceptional and delightful and went extra mile
There was a very large crack in the windshield and the car was not exactly in the best condition for the amount I paid for it

Dean at the airport pick up was so friendly and very helpful. He gave us lots of information about places to visit and trails to hike during our stay. We returned the car in town. The employee that shuttled us back to town was great—-personable and friendly. I wish I remembered his name. Great experience with your staff. Only issue with the car was a headrest that would flop forward. When we mentioned it to the in town office they said they already knew about that. Should have fixed it
