Great overall experience!
The agency was a bit further from the ship dock than I expected but they had a shuttle pick us up and take us there. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions about places to go, things to do/eat, etc. Would rent form them again and recommend them to others.
They arrived shortly after we got off the cruise and returned us to the cruise terminal when we dropped off the car.
We would rent again!

This is the third or fourth time renting at this location; have always had a good experience and recommend them to friends traveling to Ketchikan.
Car was very clean. I wasn't real clear that the car wouldn't be waiting for us at the port but the transfer service worked well. Very friendly.
