We were told the car company would bring the vehicle we rented to the port, which was about 7 miles from their facility. We were told to call a day ahead of time to insure they would respond. When we called we were told they WOULD NOT bring the vehicle to that location due to road construction and the time it would take to deliver are return the driver. Hence, we did not have a vehicle the day we were in port. Will not rent from them in the future.

I was surprised at how roomy the compact actually was.
The staff were fantastic. I would rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Overall it was fine. I was disappointed that the townside location did not open at reasonable hours for vehicle return in order to catch airport flights, but it was ok returning the car to the other location at the airport.
gas tank was not full ,when we pick up at the airport.
I left an item in the car after I returned it, which they found while cleaning the vehicle after it was returned by the people who rented it after me. They took the time to look through their records and call me. Talk about above and beyond! 5 gold stars is not enough to say how satisfied I am with them.
Requested vehicle was not available on arrival. Paid higher rate than quoted for an upgraded vehicle but did not need/want an upgrade.
Always a pleasure renting from you guys. I will continue to rent from you.
