Alaska Express Car Rental Agency provides good pricing for car rentals in Alaska and great service. We actually ended up with a better vehicle than expected and found it great for our two week trip.
The staff here were phenomenal, not only did they make it easy to get the car they even drove us back to the airport when we dropped it off. They went above and beyond and I would 1000% rent from them again when I find myself back up north.
I had booked my reservation on the afternoon but the staff at the checkout weren't aware of my arrival nor was the vehicle I requested available. It took lot longer to checkout the vehicle - had to wait for some other staff to arrive and grant the vehicle. But otherwise the rental experience was good.
