Very friendly and efficient staff - they were professional and great to work with. The vehicle was well maintained and very clean. Although the agency was over an hour commute from my home, it was well worth the commute and I would absolutely rent from them again.

Value Van & Car Rental did a great job helping me secure a van in a tight spot. The gentleman over the counter and on the phone was extremely professional and helpful. The van was clean, however there was a problem with the passenger door, the gentleman pointed it out beforehand and I appreciated the upfront and honest information. If I ever need a passenger van again I will be sure to reach out to Value Van & Car Rental first!
Everything with my rental went well.From making reservations online,pickup,and drop off.The employees were friendly.The prices are great👍🏽.It was a Plus that I was able to use my debit card.And my own personal full coverage for this rental.I will highly recommend this rental place.
The alignment on the VAN was horrible. We had to drove 650 miles one way and it was crazy. They really need to do maintenance before renting.

How they emailed a confirmation number for the Minivan I have reserved. And 10 minutes away to get there, they called me to say they didn't have the vehicle. This is not professional
I booked the extended body Van online but upon confirmation I was told it is not available and had to settle for a smaller Van.
