The vehicle I requested I didn’t get but was giving an another vehicle after saying that not the vehicle I request. I was giving another vehicle and it had some mechanical issues that I was not aware of until I was way in my destination
This is my third rental with Value and they always do an excellent job. I will continue to use them.

Any time that I have needed to rent a 12 or 15 passenger van from value auto rental. It has always exceeded expectations. The staff has always been extremely nice and helpful. And the value of the rentals have been very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.
