Great experience
Quick rental process, they had a rental available for me when I did not like the first option, they did what they could to help
We got there a white lady came out office and told My husband and I with our 10year old daughter that they couldn’t have too many people inside which is completely understandable. As we were called in a man shouted to her that it was the family coming in . As we are inside getting everything together we are with a black representative doing all the paperwork . getting everything situated , the white lady says again only the renters are allowed why would I let my 10yr outside or alone in car .!

Hello. A couple of issues. The Van that we rented was dirty outside and discussing inside (Saliva stains on windows and crumbs on the sits). We payed $35 to get the vehicle washed before using it to transport our family members. The $200 dollars deposit was not disclosed as part of the on-line reservation.
