Rented 10 person transit van to take 8 friends to dinner and a show in Red Bank NJ.
The van was brand new, easy to drive and park in outside lot. Will absolutely rent same van next tine all our friends get together for an event.
So nice when the group can all travel comfortably in the same vehicle.
The staff in Union was very courteous and informative regarding the rental.

I was very grateful that the service technician checked the DVD to make sure that it worked before I left on my trip. It didn't work on the first vehicle and he quickly changed my reservation to a van with a working DVD player (it was SO needed to entertain a group 9th Graders).

My first time ever getting a rental, driving a car that big and such a long drive through tough weather. I felt secure in this car, From the confirmations I received over the phone to when we arrived to pick up the car, the assistance was amazing!!! Great customer service from Jared over the phone, who answered all my questions and concerns. I will rent again soon and I have recommended this company.

Dvds was not working
Thank you for honoring the vehicle pick up on the 24th at no cost to us. And yes I would rent again if in need of a vehicle as well as I would recommend you guys to other friends and families
