Reliable and convenient
Overall, the vehicle was in good condition and we were satisfied. However, there was some confusion regarding the price that we were quoted and what we received. We were told that we didn’t need the insurance if we had. This elevated the cost of the van. The rep was not clear about the requirements to rent the van.
Staff was very friendly and the vehicle was in fantastic condition. We travelled from NYC to FL and we were very comfortable. Will be renting from here again.
