This will be the fourth year renting from Value Van And Car Rental. They have always done right by us.
Staff was friendly and professional and car renting experience was awesome hasslefree
And car was in good condition
The front desk Lady was very polite and helpful

I was told over the phone my deposit would be $200 yet they put a $275 hold on my card my my van was given to me with only a quarter tank in it which resulted in me spending more money in gas on the way down there rather then food and snacks
We rented a 12 seater but it wasnt available when we came. However, it was replaced by a 15 seater and they allowed to remove the back seat to provide cargo space. Van was good and easy ri srive
Excellent service and courteous staff. It was a pleasurable rental experience.
