The van was clean and easy to drive. It was perfect for team transportation.
Kenya was amazing. Beyond helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience working with her to get my rental right. Moving is stressful and she was able to at least make one part of that process easy and calm. Would highly recommend Value again, mostly because of the service I received from Kenya. You can rent a truck anywhere but it is the people like Kenya that make a difference.

Not a good experience having made a reservation and waiting for almost a whole hour to be given the car. Car not clean, spillage stains on all seats, car looked really dirty. Was even more scared when the car they wanted to give me was found to be dead, not starting. Looks like a good number of people are not up to their tasks/ duties. Customer oriented services is better than profit focused.
I found the ease of reserving my vehicle on the website great and simple. When I picked up my vehicle it was better with personal staff. Cant wait until our next trip vehicle that we need to rent!
