The vehicle rented exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with the van. The in office rental process did NOT go as expected. Additional, unexpected fees were added on at the last minute. My travel plans could not be changed at the last minute so I had no choice but to go ahead and pay under duress.
My one concern was warning lights coming on constantly.
The vehicle provided was really good. Staff was nice and helpful.

The wait for the vehicle was lengthy because of the crowd. Otherwise the staff was friendly and accommodating, the vehicle was nice and comfortable and it was convenient to drop the vehicle off hours.
Amazing! They picked us up at Newark airport and took us back! So helpful
I like the variety of vehicle they have available. When I need a large passenger or small to medium cargo vehicle, this is my first choice.

Everyone was super helpful and attentive. My only suggestion is that you should offer EZ Pass with your vehicles. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience.
We have rented from Value Auto for the past 4 or 5 years. They have ALWAYS been a Fantastic Experience! I rented from a different place 2 years ago, and regretted it!
