Vehicle was 2018 in good shape , staff was helpful is the inspection part of the vehicle noted things I had missed service was prompt wait time was very minimal
The vehicle was better then I expected, the prices were great, i got quotes from 5 rental companies and value’s quote was better then all. Will definitely rent from again
My overall rental experience was great except for the cigarettes smell in the car.
Check in and check out was bit long. The whole thing with calling insurance company to verify coverage, etc was taking long. Could have done that early or take a copy of card. I spend 10min on the phone with insurance verification. Also it's around 10 miles from EWR.

The truck I rented was really beaten up
This was the best car rental I have ever had. I was treated like a person and not just a reservation. I certainly will recommend to my friends. Plan on being there again next year. Thnk you for a great experience
The white guy I met that call himself a manager is not a good customer service at all. We love the vehicle and we enjoyed the vehicle. Although we two ours dealer of returning the vehicle which I give the company a call about the traffic on our way coming back, but the white guy call himself a manager have to charge me the sum of 300.00 Dallas for only two hours delay.

Just need to let the renter know that the actual owner need to be on side in advance for tax exemption.
